In what form will I receive the quote?
If you have an email address, then this is our preferred form of contact as it is fast, efficient and we both have a reference point if needed later. Otherwise Rick will phone you.
Tiling to wet areas (eg. showers or baths)
If you are thinking of tiling a wet area (eg. shower, bath), you may need waterproofing to be applied first. You may wish to investigate standard requirements in the Building Code or talk to your tiler about what is recommended.
For new houses waterproofing certification from the Council is required (organised by the tiler) for obtaining final code of compliance.
How will the tiled edge be finished off?
You can just leave the tile with no finish if you prefer that look, or alternatively request an aluminium trim finish (either square or round edge) that sits flush with the tile edge and provides a neat professional look.
How are the tiles delivered?
Once you have chosen your tile and paid for it, you may want to ensure the shop delivers the tiles to site. If you have a small number of tiles, then you could deliver it yourself, but be aware that the load could be quite heavy.
